How We Can Help: Individuals
The KLHF is developing a platform of web-based assessments designed for the measure and monitoring of cognition, mood, and quality of life. These assessments are currently being validated in a clinical trial and will be used at multiple sites around the USA beginning in 2019. The KLHF assessments will be used by diverse organizations as part of defined clinical research projects, used to develop interventions for dementia, or offered as part of regular cognitive evaluations in ongoing research studies.
Assessments within the KLHF include the following:
- Measures of overall cognitive performance
- Measures of specific aspects of cognitive function (i.e- memory, attention, etc).
- Mood
- Quality of life
Individuals who are interested in learning about potential KLHF sites, or how to participate in KLHF efforts, should contact the KLHF to receive the latest information of ongoing and upcoming efforts in their area.
